What are the delivery fees and timeframes?
For Belgium, delivery is free from €85 purchase. Below this amount, it costs €8 for home delivery or €7 to a bpost pickup point. For mainland France, Monaco, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, home delivery costs €15 and is free from €85. For Europe, delivery costs €25 and is free from €150. Outside Europe, delivery costs €35 and is free from €250. In Belgium, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days via bpost or DPD.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Belgium, mainland France, Monaco, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, several European countries, and several destinations outside Europe. Europe costs €25 and is free from €150 purchase. Outside Europe costs €35 and is free from €250 purchase. French overseas territories and Corsica are not served. For any other destination, contact our customer service for a quote.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an online tracking link, also available in your customer account via "Track online".
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can choose a delivery address different from your billing address (office, family, neighbour...). Choose an address where someone can receive the parcel during the day.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Never accept a heavily damaged or opened parcel, or write "damaged parcel" on the delivery receipt. Keep the packaging, photograph the issue and contact our customer service: we will find a solution quickly.
